The construction company “ENERGODYNAMIKI ATEE” was founded in 1973 by Vassilios Peloponnisios, a civil engineer with a degree from NTUA and a public works contractor.
The company is mainly active in the construction of luxury homes, apartment buildings, holiday homes as well as in the field of luxury renovations of old buildings and apartments.
The company is framed by experienced civil engineers and mechanical engineers and collaborates with recognized architectural design and decoration offices. Finally, the company, based on its many years of experience, manufactures its works with high quality, perfect seismic protection and unique aesthetics.
The Company operates mainly in the northern suburbs of Papagou, Cholargos, Paleo and Neo Psychiko, Filothei as well as in selected areas in the southern suburbs like Palaio Faliro and Voula.
The plots are carefully selected and they are located at key points in the northern suburbs as they are only 5 km from the center of Athens and are surrounded by main roads such as Kifissias Avenue, Mesogeion Avenue and Katehaki Avenue.
Ideal residential areas for families since at a very close distance are some of the best schools.
Specifically, Papagos, Holargos and Voula are excellent residential areas with many green spaces, playgrounds, bike paths.
P. Psychiko and Filothei are the most expensive areas in the northern suburbs of Attica due to their high architectural aesthetics and luxury buildings, and at the same time due to the short distance from the center of Athens.
